Dr. Fabian Rottstädt

Head of Outpatient Clinic - Fabian studied psychology and received his PhD in Dresden. After that, he worked in pain therapy and in a private practice. In 2021, he joined our department for clinical psychology. As a cognitive behavioral therapist, he tries to understand psychotherapy a little better from day to day. He’s specifically interested in mechanisms of change and modern technologies in psychotherapy as well as social interaction dynamics. He loves ball sports and produces music.​

Since 2021: Training as a group psychotherapist

Since 2020: Training as a special pain psychotherapist

2015 to 2020: Training as a psychological psychotherapist in the field of behavioral therapy, initially at the Dresden Academy for Psychotherapy and from 2018 at the WPP Jena (Friedrich Schiller University Jena)

2015 to 2019: PhD (Dr. rer. Medic.) at the University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus Dresden

2009 to 2014: Diploma in Psychology at the Technical University of Dresden, specialization: Clinical Psychology and Industrial and Organizational Psychology
